This was a great location and hotel. Only down side is when going in the warmer months they do not have an outdoor pool and the indoor one is quite small. That would be my only complaint of my whole trip!

The stay was good and the location next to Bridgestone Arena was great. However, I was charged twice for my one nite stay (to two different credit card accounts) and they are saying the one charge will "probably" fall off in about two weeks.

Perfection
The staff was incredibly accommodating and timely considering the massive crowd in Nashville for several events over the weekend - from the front desk providing a room upgrade and early check in to the valet who unloaded and loaded our bags everyone was courteous, helpful and patient. Breakfast was fresh and amazingly tasty. The accommodations were perfect for my daughter’s first concert and trip to Nashville. We have stayed several places downtown but this will definitely be our choice in the future. Thank you so much!!!!

Horrible . Roof top bar was out of everything ! The elevators were the worst part of our trip ! Waited 30 minutes every time we needed one ! The valet car service was even worse . Waited over an hour to get our car after the 38 min elevator wait

Check-in was a wait 1 person on a very busy weekend but she was very good. Because it was busy we didn’t find out about breakfast until we checked out. The room itself 1422 was absolutely amazing. The local was perfect for a concert at the arena and downtown! The pool is too small for such a large hotel and the bar-tender needs a vacation or two or needs to be re-allocated

Great hotel close to Broadway!
Great hotel within walking distance to Broadway! Clean, comfortable, and convenient rooms with a great view. The breakfast buffet included was good. Several options for parking, although none were actually provided by the hotel or included in the price. Will definitely stay here again!
