The rooms are smaller than I expected and for the cost. The roof top restaurant was closed for a private parties which then the only choice for food was the expensive restaurant. The person I checked in with and who we checked out with was so rude! The housekeeping ladies were the sweetest! Don’t know if I’d stay there again but we loved the location.

We had an amazing time! Stayed from Thursday to Sunday for a bachelorette party. Everything about this spot from the staff, to the services, to the location was perfect! Breakfast was included, as well as 2 drinks and free apps everyday for happy hour! The rooftop was also amazing (great views and great live music). Although already mentioned, I want to say again that the staff were AMAZING! Thank you for an amazing trip!

Stayed here because walkable to Bridgestone Arena and Broadway. Don't be fooled on the free breakfast, time slot too short. Housekeeping wasn't very good. They would tap lightly on door and then move on. Good food, but booze was expensive. Street was very loud at night, sirens going not stop through the night. They don't pre-arrange taxi service you are on your own. Will not stay there again.

Room was great. Clean nice bed. Easy to walk to all attractions of Nashville. Easy to come and go if driving. Clean hotel and good food and entertainment. I would recommend and stay here again

It was beautiful however they failed where it mattered most. My bed was short sheeted and I was tangled in the bed linens all night. I pulled back the covers at one point and realized I had been short sheeted. Very disappointed and someone needs to explain this to the housekeeping staff.

When checking in, we were given the incorrect room number; one day our room was not cleaned; screaming children at pool late in evening on rooftop when we were trying to listen to live music; dinner in the restaurant one night was luke warm/cold (for our party of 6); the entire hotel seemed to be understaffed. It was clean, and a great location.

Front Desk was able to accommodate my last minute request to change rooms from a king bed to two Queen beds. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Room had two vanities with mirrors- which made getting 3 girls ready much easier. When we had questions the front Desk was very helpful. Breakfast and Happy Hour was very good. As Tourists, Location was great! We were able to walk to most attractions. I would highly recommend.

Great property, great location to all the fun on Broadway in downtown Nashville! room was very comfortable! Although room was clean, housekeeping was very late one day, and the next day they never made it back to our room after asking crew to return in 30 minutes…

The hotel is nice, the breakfast and evening appetizer is also very bice. But... for the price.... i would not expect to have to pay$65 additional per night parking. The indoor pool is up by the bar... felt awkward to swim while people are around u drinking and eating so did not use and is a 30 story hotel so expect to apend time waiting or having them full by time they get to you.
