We liked how close things were to the hotel. The only thing wrong with our stay was the pool was closed and there was a not pleasant smell in the lobby and elevators.

Very dirty. Our room had condom wrappers in the sofa bed. When I asked them to clean it the guy literally came up with a bottle of Lysol. Pathetic.

The hotel itself was fine, beds comfortable, room nice, view great. Hand Cut Chop House had exceptional food and service. The front desk staff needs a lot of work. We were kept waiting for a room that was supposed to be ready at 4:00pm, until after 6:00pm because it just needed to be released by the housekeeping manager, but it was clean already, and they had no other rooms available. After the two hours they said it was actually a plumbing problem, not the other BS stories they were telling us, so they gave us another available room. Which they could have just done from the beginning, instead we sat for 2 hours and watched 40 people get rooms with no issues.

Property was great. I booked a king 30 days before my arrival and when i checking in there was no king available! They did up grade us to a room with a great view but 2 beds and being that it was our anniversary was kind if a bummer but they did bring us a bottle of bubbly!
