Built in 2018, this custom-designed East Nashville townhome is perfectly located just east of Downtown. You'll be a 10 minute drive away from the Arts District where you can find local breweries, cafes, restaurants, and museums! Don't forget to check out Music Row, the heart of Nashville's entertainment industry. Discover the businesses that produce country, gospel, rock, and contemporary Christian music.

You'll find picture perfect opportunities all over this home from charming decor to colorful walls and furniture! The living room is on the 2nd floor and has a 50" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+) and a record player. Step outside the patio and enjoy your morning coffee on the swing. The kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, microwave, and more to cook in the comfort of your own home. Complimentary coffee is provided.

The 3 bedrooms each have their own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, mounted flat screen TV, and rocking chairs. The colorful wall is perfect for the perfect IG photo! The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full beds and the 3rd bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed, great for the kids!

The washer and dryer are available for you to use. Park in the 2 car garage and/or on the side of the house. It can fit 4-5 additional vehicles and overflow parking is on the street. We recommend Uber or Lyft as your main way of getting downtown. A non-peak hours ride for either of these is less than $10.

Please note, there is a train that runs about 100 yards from the house that you can hear. Nashville has a lady bug problem. So please keep the doors and windows shut when possible.
