Out of ALL the name brand hotels on the block and in the area, this one by far exceeded my expectations. From the super friendly staff, to their amazing breakfast and cocktail hour. Even though the pool was closed due to the chilly weather our view was picturesque. I highly recommend this Inn/hotel. Next time I go to Nashville this will be my hotel of choice hands down.

We came to this hotel after the one we originally booked was not what it stated! The staff were amazing, the hotel is clean and smells amazing! Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! It is easy to walk both ways up and down and the area is beautiful and safe! Would stay here again!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the bathroom had a terrible smell, like a sewer drain. There was also a USB outlet next to the bed that was damaged and made a constant buzzing sound.
