The Space
Welcome to Pine Street Flats! Located in the Gulch, this two bedroom, two bathroom is perfect for a jam-packed weekend hanging out Downtown! With a modern, open floor plan with high ceilings, walk-in closets, and amenities like a full gym and saltwater pool, this is sure to be a great spot for your trip to Nashville! The unit has a comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedrooms and a couch in the living room for additional sleeping. Please note, the sofa can be used for sleeping a single person. We also have cots available to rent out during your stay. Please ask about them if you are interested.

We let our guests have their space but if needed, will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you.

Please note: We are not responsible for pool rules set by the community. The community only allows 3 guests per apartment.

→ No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays.
→ Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential section of the garage for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public section of the garage which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in -and-out privileges means if you leave the parking garage and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. In wither retail or residential, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app
→ We are located on the 2nd floor of our building and are accessible via a full flight of stairs or a handy elevator. :)
→ If this unit isn't available, we have other Pine Street Flats!
→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.
→This unit overlooks train tracks! The train comes and goes throughout the day. Some guests have mentioned the noise, others do not notice it at all!
→ Our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise.

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! One is located just two blocks from the lofts at the corner of 11th & Pine St.

We came for a long weekend with another couple to attend a NFL game. This was a very secure building with a beautiful private pool. It was a 20 minute walk to Broadway and an easy Uber ride to the stadium. Great restaurants right down the road for breakfast and lunch. The apartment has two bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. They are separated by the living room so each room felt private. The balcony view was of the train tracks which was not the greatest, but we never heard the train while in the unit. The owners were very responsive to text messages and any questions that we had. Everything was very clean as well. Parking was included which was a big plus! We would stay here again.

This was perfect for our stay! Us: 2 adults one teen, 4 days from out of town with rental car. PROS: Restaurants and shopping right outside your door, SPACIOUS unit, parking was VERY convenient! You’re right in The Gulch! We used the pool and it was bigger and nicer/quieter than some hotels we had looked at. Full kitchen, laundry in unit, two full baths. Great amenities. CONS: (they are minor, but a couple *tweaks* would be nice) LIGHT through windows—yup, can see shadows from objects in unit at night with the blinds drawn. We read reviews and brought sleep masks, so wasn’t an issue for us. Yes, there is a freight train line across from the unit, but you really don’t notice it when trains are running. Pretty quiet. NO BUREAUS. Huge closet with hangars, but I like to store things in drawers instead of rummaging through suitcase for everything. A small bureau in each bedroom would be a big asset. NO HOOKS IN BATHROOM. The info says not to hang towels over shower rod….but there’s no option besides the floor. One hook next to shower would be superb. Again, these are minor issues overall, but would increase the unit comfort considerably. Are you dog friendly? You should be…lots of unit owners with dogs, so there’s some doggo hair in elevators—and dogs themselves—if you’re super allergic it might be good to know. Cleaning crews regularly sweep and mop, but there’s still dog hair and dog encounters. FYI. Overall: excellent find! :))

This is a great location. We walked to Broadway (a bit far if you’re not a walker) but we also took Uber several times and it was only a $7 ride. Were a bit concerned about the railroad tracks but they were not an issue and you really didn’t even know when the trains went by. Golf cart tour and e-bike meeting places were in walking distance as well. Had an issue but the host was very prompt with a solution. Would definitely stay here and at other of their properties when we come back!

We were only here for 1 night. The location was perfect for visiting the gulch area. The condo was very clean and nice. The directions to get in and use the parking garage were very clear and easy to follow. Would rent this condo again without hesitation.

Mostly great, but not perfect
Overall, everything was great. It’s a clean, well maintained, well decorated, well located modern unit. The big negative is both bedrooms in the unit face a commercial district with bright outdoor street lights and other types of bright lightning, which made it very difficult to fall asleep. The blinds do a poor job blocking out the outdoor lights. I would only recommend the unit if the owner installed blackout curtains in the bedroom. What’s the point of staying in a great unit if you can’t sleep?!?

Great apartment for a quick getaway. Size of apartment was perfect for two couples. Apartment was clean. It is close to the RR tracks, but didn't really notice the train noise. Walking distance from downtown Nashville and The Gulch area is a nice bonus to the trip!

This was our first time staying in the gulch and couldn’t have asked for a better spot! The place was clean, easily accessible, and convenient to all the fun restaurants bars and shops in the area. Next time we are heading to Nashville, we’ll be looking to stay here again!

Condo in the gulch!
The property was as described and we had an a great stay. Furniture in the common area was a bit uncomfortable but the beds were very comfortable! Did not really cook in the unit, but we had everything we needed for coffee and snacks. Only one negative comment, with four adults it would have been nice to have two fobs, instead of just one, since it was needed to gain entry to the property itself. Great area with plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Also, a quick Uber away to Broadway! Overall I would definitely recommend this unit in the Gulch!
