The property was beautiful. For $500 a night in the highest class of room I would have expected a floor other than 1. Our air conditioning stopped working at midnight and the hotel needed to change our room in the middle of the night. No offer of refund or gesture..

This was a top of the line Premiun Service hotel that had all the modern sophistication yet old world charm. Beautiful location overlooking the city. The finest dining you will find in Naples. Just a wonderful place and experience.

I am so confused as to why this hotel only has an 8.6 rating. For us, we would give this 1000/10 if we could. The location was perfecto and our room had a balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming us with huge smiles upon arrival. Marco was a highlight for us, as he gave us a tour of our room after arriving. A very charming and funny man! We also did the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing at The George Restaurant on the 6th floor (awarded two Michelin stars in 2024). It exceeded our expectations and we now have memories to last a lifetime. We were also given a voucher for the rooftop bar, located above the restaurant and overlooking the ocean. It was absolutely spectacular. Each time we left our room, there were treats or a cleaning service done. This was an unbelievable experience and the only complain I have is that we didn’t stay longer (only 2 days). Thank you to the staff of Grand Hotel Parker’s for a fabulous stay! We will be back!

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast is amazing, they make the best omelets and it's a feast! I had to turn food away! My hotel room was exquisite! I had the most comfy king sized bed, and beautiful view and a balcony. The rooms are also high-tech and "smart". The concierge Marco was so friendly and the rest of the staff were very helpful.

This was such a beautiful hotel with the best customer service. We felt safe and it was very clean and well kept hotel. It wasn’t the best location, a little far from the center if you want to walk but there was always taxis outside to take you where ever you needed to go. I will definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Would definitely stay in this hotel again. The rooms were nice and the restaurant on the rooftop was very good for breakfast and dinner!

We arrived at grand Parker’s for just one night after traveling through Florence and before boarding ferry for capri The hotel was so beautiful and we loved the location. They had a room ready for us upon arrival (early) and the experience was just lovely
