Great stay with a few quirks

Amazing property and area for a vacation. Pool was great and parking was a breeze. Only a few things that made our stay a bit irritating ; our sheets had sand on them or “grains” of something, there were small ants/bugs crawling on the kitchen counters and night stand, the dining room table was wobbly and the water for the shower was either super hot or freezing, I wasn’t sure if this was from the shower nob or the water heater needing to be turned up. A lot of positives on this place! There were 4 beach chairs, pool noodles and beach towels were provided. Cable services on the tv, laundry in the unit and of course an amazing view from the lanai. Other than that, Charles was responsive and welcoming via text and answered any questions about the property and our stay. Would and WILL be contacting them again to stay another time.

Lovely view!!!

We stayed here with our 2 teenagers for a few days in June. This is a lovely property. The view is amazing! The pictures online don’t do the view justice. The beach is across the street and we saw turtles everyday. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Shirt drive to downtown Lahaina. We would definitely stay here again!

Great townhouse

It was a very nice townhouse in a great location. I enjoyed having the beach toys available. Everything went well and there was no problems. Personal contact was available and responded quickly to any questions.

Perfect for us

This condo was located right across the street from a sandy beach. The views were fantastic. We saw whales and rainbows over the ocean. The condo was clean, communication with Charles was easy. This spot was perfect for us.

Great view, everything available you could need

Charles was very nice & the communication was great. The condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The view is spectacular and not a bad location if you’re looking to be close to everything you need yet a little removed from the touristy beaches. Would definitely book here again. Good Location, Clean, But Dated

I didn't really want to indicate that the property wasn't OK. It is OK. We just didn't realize how dated it was. It doesn't look lilke anything has been updated since the 1980s. It is very clean. The manager informed us that the sink in the second bathroom was not working and would be repaired after we left. We loved having access to the elevator since it is 5 stories up and the view is beautiful. This condo is not on the beach, however. I am sure that was in the description but we missed it. It wasn't difficult to get to the beach however.

Beautiful Condo!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was very clean and check-in/out was very easy. The views from the master bedroom and balcony were beautiful! Charles was very responsive if we had any questions! I really appreciated that the condo had beach towels, beach chairs, etc. to use. The location to the beach was great - just across the street. Also conveniently located next to a coffee shop, a small store, and Maui Brewing! Will definitely come back!

We arrived late at night off our flight from Canada. Charles had the lights on for us, the unit was very clean & comfortable! He kept in contact with us throughout our stay. We were supposed to be there for the month of March, but the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and We had to pack up quick & race back home on March 22. We were sad to have to cut our vacation short, but when the world shuts down there is NO place like home! I would recommend Charles & his properties to anyone looking for a vacation rental. He was awesome to deal with👍🏻🏝

Great location and gorgeous view!

Our stay was great! The close proximity to everything we wanted to do was my favorite things. Close to Kapalua and Tournament of champions golf, close to Lahaina town, close to restaurants and stores and steps to the beach.. the view from the unit was awesome!

Beautiful property. Close proximity to beach and other shops!

The owner Charles had great communication in making sure our family had a comfortable stay. We enjoyed this home very much. It had everything we needed plus more. A/C in each bedroom plus fans kept us cool during the day and night. What a wonderful view we had waking up each morning to that beautiful ocean view! Just a short walk across the street was a beautiful beach too. I would recommend this condo to anyone! Mahalo from Seattle!

Beautiful Views!

Had a wonderful stay. Condo is a little dated but extremely clean! Was a little warm in the master bedroom until I figured out how to work the second air conditioner then it was perfect! They even had binoculars and I could sit on the balcony and watch the whales frolicking in the ocean! They had every beach accessory possible so we didn't lack for anything. Would definately stay again.

Beautiful view! Clean and comfortable.

The view of the ocean was so beautiful. Nothing better than sipping your morning coffee while watching the whales! The condo was clean and comfortable. No unpleasant surprises. The location of the condo worked well for us. We bought a few spices, but other than that, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, utinsils, and pans. Plenty of towels and bedding too. I can’t wait for my next trip to Maui!
