It was the perfect getaway for us as there were multiple restaurants, bars and areas to relax. The separate adults only areas were good and enabled us to have the relaxing holiday away from our children that we were after. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Enjoyed our stay. The people were welcoming. I hope in the future their lobby entrance is remodeled, not very inviting compared to the resorts around them. We were not happy with food choices and found meat during breakfast to be undercooked, therefore we avoided the meat during this time. Loved our room view, the grounds were well kept.

Stayed at the Hilton for five nights . On first arrival, I found the lobby to be outdated and tired looking. Our room was large and the bed comfortable but once again the room was tired and outdated . The food at the Hilton was very expensive and quality was not there although the buffet breakfast was decent . Would I stay at Hilton again, the answer would be no. I would pay the extra money for some of the other resorts nearby.

I Stayed 3 nights for a short break from NZ winter. It was school holidays and I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the complex was considering it had a lot of children there but as it’s a long complex and has numerous adult only bars and restaurants it was not a problem. The room was lovely with great flow out to the grass and sand to the lovely swim able beach. I would highly recommend it and would go back again. Easy to get around with regular Bula carts picking up and dropping off.

Hilton Fiji was fantastic! From the first friendly Bula! upon arrival, to the buggy drive to our large 2 bedroom apartment, we were amazed at the service and beauty of the resort. With 2 main restaurants, an adults only restaurant and pool, a cafe, 3 shops and 7 (!) pools, there was something for all of the family We’d love to return one day - and are so glad we chose the Hilton as our accommodation

Bula! Excellent property in terms of location, positioning of units, privacy, set up. Even deli shop is excellent. Nuku and pools around cannot be matched. Quit sea water and no mich wind compared to Shereton and other propertied in the vicinity. Excellent dance, live music and short activities. Downside is too many mosquitos in the room. Need to many follow ups on request for mosquito killer spray, room service you have to keep reminding. property bus is bit lazy ans taking too long to arrive. Even buggy staff not keep to serve and sometimes ignoring while you need them to transport you to your room or to lobby. Bula-Vinaka

People are very welcoming and bring a positive comforting vibe. This been said housekeeping was very poor with no clean towels for two days straight and only sorted once multiple complaints made. Also hot water in shower not working and yet again numerous complaints made and nothing was done until I advised staff my wife had literally burnt myself due to the shower mixer not working. Two days of complaints before we were moved to another room. As mentioned people and staff were nice but house keeping and service need to have some work done and up their game and response times to fix problems especially with the price we paid for these rooms

The property itself is amazing, but the staff make the resort spectacular. The resort is quite large, definitely walkable (I enjoy long walks and did not mind walking) however they do offer a free shuttle to drive you around the resort. While walking I noticed the shuttle runs quite frequently and staff ensuring guests are comfortable walking the distance. I found the staff super accommodating to my needs and beyond friendly.

Being a Hilton it should have a coffee machine in room. Only available a kettle and coffee sachets. Mosquitos outside room were bad, unable to sit outside. The TV wasn't a smart tv, and there was a construction crew working outside the whole time. We were there 9 days!

As far as Hiltons go this one is on its own. Spread out along the beach but golf buggies (bula bus) run up and down all day so easy to get from one end to other where adults only Koro is set. Everything very much over priced. Example Heineken 10-12FJD on other resort and places we went, but 18FJD here. (5 for 30FJD in Denarau). Food also similar. Guess it’s just part of your holiday expense, but they shouldn’t have to be stinging tourists. Generally good all round but we had a surprising experience checking out at 06.30 with unexpected charges for B/Fast (92FJD a day) which we were told on check in was included. Asked them to refund the last day as we could not have B/Fast as leaving at 06.30 but a blunt “no it’s a non refundable charge”. Still waiting a response to email?
