This place has slowly got worse over the past few years, poor maintenance, things broken, ripped towels, soap not provided, breakfast buffet empty, rude F&B manager. I won’t be back, Sofitel next door is a similar price and modern.

Rooms were as described and beautifully maintained. Full kitchen facilities and stunning ocean views. Huge resort with rooms spanning over 2.5km. We were a fair distance from the restaurants and pools but the resort runs a buggy service straight from your door and back. The Spa was luxurious, relaxing and just what I needed! Great resort and would definitely stay again.

The room had a perfect view of the ocean. Loved eating at the restaurants on site. Swimming pool experience was really fun... We were 2 grown ups and a teenager who were there for 5 nights... We all became kids while pool hoping... Loved the warmth that the staff showed to the guests. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.

The service left much to be desired. Very slow, perhaps due to the high volume of guests. The room had seen better days. There was no body wash in the shower, the door would not close completely, the partition in the balcony was not tied up properly and as a result we could see in our neighbours room and vice versa. Overall a disappointing stay for a 5 star property.

Not been to Hilton for years Is very run down needs a complete revamp - old loungers, mouldy cushions rooms with broken bits and pieces in them or needing a good paint job Nice pools needing more regular cleans Is saved by the staff who are amazing and very helpful Gym not bad compared to most in hotels but needing a thorough clean

We have stayed at the Hilton before it was amazing this visit I felt the pools were dirty adult pool was covered in black spot and broken tiles . We were not the only people that said this there was quite a few people saying it . The grass around the not so deep adult pool was long very in kept . Outside showers were very dirty . In the pool first thing in the morning had sand in it so thst tells me the pool wasn’t cleaned overnight very disappointing
