A golf getaway.

Elevator a must. Great view of golf course and pool. Good location. 2 nice golf courses, 3 minutes away. Code to get in worked great. Got a late check out which was nice.

Golf Outing

A great property. I would recommend putting a larger TV in the small bedroom. The property manager was very responsive in fixing the TV service in the small bedroom. I would recommend this property.

Not like in the pictures!

Very disappointed. Shower drain clogged. Shower glass door did not stay in tract. Several light bulbs ‘out’. Furniture worn and dated. Curtains were torn. Bare supplies (unless you wanted to make a Bundt cake!). TVs had up to 4 remotes with no guidance as to which/how to use. WiFi connection instruction: “check back of router” for network! The place needs a bit of updating and a deep cleaning. BTW: when it said to contact the company for any issues, we did, upon our arrival. There was NO response/reply. My suggestion: Move on to another property!

Great Stay!

Condo was clean, easily accessible and there wasn’t a place to check in to gain access which allowed us to go straight in which was super convenient. We also couldn’t get the TV to work in the bedroom but we were out and about so much it didn’t matter. We will definitely stay again!

There were drops of blood on master bath floor when we arrived. The silverware drawer has food particals on it. Other than that it was a nice property, very comfortable and great location.

Nice condo/apt in a great location. Easy access to the 3rd floor and entrance to the property. Rental wasn't very clean. Kitchen appliances weren't clean, blind were spotted and worked. Hair was found on the sink, toilet, and tub, as well as the floor. Balcony area would of been enjoyable if it wasn't so cold during this weekend. Other than the issues of the cleaning, the home is quite nice.

Perfect location

This is a beautiful property overlooking the golf course ( Myrtlewood Pinehills). Very clean fully furnished villa in prime location. Beds are a comfortable with no issues at all. The balcony is very large overlooking the pool and golf course. Will definitely return for future vacation !

Beautiful place

We loved our stay. It's a beautiful condo. The only complaints we had were 1. The bed is not a king. It may be a queen or even a full but it's definitely not a king. 2. The showers were hard for my almost 6ft sons to get into because they have sliding doors on top of the tubs. With those two issues aside, the stay was wonderful and just what we needed.

We checked in with very short notice and picked this place for specific reasons, king bed (which was not the case, it was a queen) I would have gotten a cheaper place if I wanted a queen bed... the beach chairs that were supplied, I wouldn't even pull them out because they were just nasty.. the beach towels , let's just say that I never found them. Did not know anything about the pool or the keys to the pools until I got the check out instructions.. would have used the hot tub if we had know about keys and location... also it was not handicapped accessible (elevator was not working) UGH!! Had to climb many steps. The carpets were nasty in the two bedrooms and need replacing badly. On the good side, location is excellent, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. Queen bed was comfy for a queen, did make use of the two games but TV's are a bit much to manage. Golf Course was nice if you want to play close by.

The property itself was beautiful. I didn't like the fact that it was not mentioned of the 10pm no noise rule. I was on vacation with my family trying to enjoy ourselves, and we weren't allowed to make any kind of noise after 10pm. The neightbors were rude, and so was the security officers. Like I said that place itself was nice on the inside, but other then that I wouldn't come back to this location.
