Dear Guest, Thank you for your review.In our holiday resort concept , we could not supply any iron service in the room because of safety instructions but we have laundry & ironing service in hotel , also available hair dryer that is fixed in all bathrooms. You may check hotel concept information via websites before you have booked . We have also guest relations influencers in the hotel from 7:30 a.m until 12 p.m for our guests service. We also apologize that there are no records reached the hotel management and guest relations desk about your complaint from any hotel staffs .
