Grundsätzlich waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht ideal, sauber, das Bett bequem und die Mitarbeiter äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Wasserspender mit frischem Zitronen- Minze- Wasser sowie ein Kaffee/Tee-Automat bei dem man konstenlosw Getränke beziehen kann. Dies hat uns besonders gefallen. Wir haben ursprünglich kein Frühstück gebucht, haben uns dann aber doch davon überzeugen lassen und wurden für die 22 €/ Person nicht enttäuscht. Es gab viele vegetarische und vegane Optionen und allgemein eine grosse Auswahl. Der einzige negative Punkt war die Baustelle von nebenan. Diese war morgens früh schon sehr laut und hat ziemlich gestört. Die Fenster sind vermutlich bereits etwas älter und lass viel Schall durch. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close proximity to the train station, and many good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. The next time we're in Munich, we will definitely stay there again!

Very convenient
Overall it was a great hotel. Very close to the train station and lots of Turkish and Mediterranean restaurants around. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly, and they had a coffee machine for guests (which we used regularly). The room ran slightly warmer that we would've liked, so we needed to open the windows regularly to cool the room off. We ran a white noise machine in the evenings but we could still hear some people walking around in other rooms. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives for this hotel.

Marco, at the front desk, was personal, professional and went beyond his duties to ensure our comfort. We missed dinner due to a train cancellation and he ensured we did not retire hungry. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. We highly recommend this hotel.

No room service hotel. You get your towels from the cart in the hallway. Bathroom is so tiny and the shower is on a raised platform. Water everywhere after each shower. Do not recommend.

Thomas was extremely welcoming and friendly during check in. The lobby was cozy and inviting. Great first impression. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable, a pleasure after a day of travel. We would recommend this hotel and will stay here again when in Munich.

The breakfast was great. Looks like they have been updating the place, but the old,old,old green shag carpet needs to go! Seems very strange that you don’t get any housekeeping services, it’s not like you get a reduced rate since they have less staff to pay.

Excellent location and accommodations
A short walk from the main train station and the Oktoberfest facilities. The area is full of Middle East restaurants, rather than tourist items, these are about a 10 walk or minute metro ride away. The room was perfect, the bathroom was good and included towel warming bars. It had a nice closet, safe and mini fridge, the bed was large and very comfortable. There was a leather couch that converted into a single bed with a coffee table and desk. They also had a free coffee machine in the lobby.
