Only downside of this property is that the uber or taxi will not take to it. Due to some street signs everyone was dropping me off beginning of the street. I wouldn't mind if it wasnt winter -7°

Perfect location in the middle of the city. Super close to trains. Very impressed with the staff! Super friendly from the front desk to the bar/restaurant staff. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Central Hotel

Excellent stay. Hotel has an upscale feel. There are private residences on one side and hotel rooms on the other. Hotel is quiet, with black out curtains and even though it is centrally located, we did not hear the commotion downstairs when in our room. Bed is comfortable and Wi-Fi works well. Very well stock in-room bar. Bathroom has a glass wall, but there is a curtain to pull over for privacy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restuarant on site was tasty and elegant. We loved the location and how close the hotel was to the Christmas markets. We highly recommend and we would stay there again.

Great location for the Christmas Markets and city sights. Staff was incredible, helpful and knowledgeable. Restaurant was great as well. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely come back again.

The room was large and very comfortable. My one complaint is that the night lights stay on too long and are much too bright. The bistro serves great food. I had a superb schnitzel, perfectly cooked.

Excellent Hotel

This is an excellent hotel that is well located. The room and amenities were top notch. There is even a legit cocktail bar in the room complete with all the cocktail making accoutrements you would need. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Munich!

Great location!! Just note hotel is down a small lane and taxi will drop you around the corner. No problem though. Room was great, list was in demand and staff seemed quite prepared to take lift and make guests wait. Happened many times and thought was unusual . Besides that excellent in all regards.

Besides the central location of the property, the bed mattress is uncomfortable. The pillows thin as paper. You get a great bar and a good shower. Wanted to upgrade my room/upsell as soon as I arrived. $400/night is a stretch. The pictures do not do it justice. Because you need to book the penthouse to appreciate the views they post. Disappointing.
