The photos are out of date! The room was filthy! THere were dead insects on the window seals. The toilet was badly stained. There was dirt and scale around the shower door. the walls of the shower were dirty. There was a smell in the room. The bin in the bathroom was rusty and dirty. We cleaned all the surfaces with Lyzol wipes, and the wipes were black with dirt and dust. Would NEVER stay here again! The management was also not firendly. We had booked a Luxury room and were shown 5 rooms which were all substandard. We settled for a premium room which was the best of the worst. The manager refused to refund the difference. A couple of the front desk staff would ignore us because we complained. The breakfast and staff in the morning at breakfast led by Arun Shetty were fantastic though!
