Decent hotel and the price was right! My biggest complaint was the washroom in our room. We were two couples staying for one night. The bathroom has a sliding barn style door and there was ZERO sound barrier. If you plan on sharing a room with people other than immediate family (spouse/kids), the bathroom set-up makes for a very uncomfortable/awkward stay. My other complaint was the cost of parking at $32 per night. Parking should be included. Otherwise, location, staff, beds, cleanliness - all good.

Super location. Walking distance from sub-way and downtown. Hotel staff was very warm and welcoming. Whatever extra items we needed and asked for were provided promptly. Will recommend to anyone wanting to stay near downtown without having to $500 a night.

I liked the comfy bed and pillows as well as the safety features of the property. Cleanliness wasn't at the level I expected though - long black hair on the bathroom floor, greasy food particles on the hairdryer and general bits of debris behind the bathroom door. The room itself was very clean, but the bathroom needed a little more time spent on cleaning.
