Central location with onsite parking
Great location, within walking distance (as long as you like a good walk which we do)of the old town and Waterfront. The beds were comfortable and our condo was clean however it was tired and dated. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy also. However, the reception staff and all staff we encountered during our 2 night stay, pwere friendly and pleasant. A convenient place for a stop over.

Everything was great with our room and the staff were very helpful. The only concerning thing was the recommendation by the front desk staff to take them up on their offer of an anti-theft device for our car. I had never experienced that before. Otherwise the facility was great and the room very clean. We would stay ant Le Nouvel again.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and responsive. The hotel is so close to Montréal’s center shopping area. The area also has easy access to public transportation and offers a large array of great restaurants within walking distance.
