Quiet, clean, and included underground parking. The entertainment system allows for Google Chromecast which made watching my own streaming services very convenient. We stayed in the condo side of the hotel, which was a little weird but overall fine. Unfortunately the mattress was in terrible condition with two very deep divets. Not the best of sleeps. I would stay again, but I'll be making sure the mattress is in good condition.

The rooms were updated and clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant staff were equally good but the restaurant itself was quite run down which was probably why no one was there. The food was also very expensive for what it was. Limited menu.

We typically love this hotel. We stay there at minimum annually. Not sure what was happening this year. We were charged incidentals twice. We could never get any facecloths and when we asked, we were met with frustration every time.
