The hotel is very close to the metro station, so I could leave my car parked in the hotel parking lot and move to downtown using the subway. It is not easy find parking spots in old Montreal. Everything is very good but unfortunately its restaurant is closed due to renovation.

Many areas felt worn down or not fully cleaned. But it wasn’t an expensive hotel. No fresh coffee was disappointing. Only k cups and powdered creamer. Even in the lobby. Never any clean cups in lobby. The staff was nice.

I didnt like the fact that I booked a single room double queen bed and only got a room with just 1 bed and got an extra bed instead of having a room with 2 beds. It was booked 2 weeks before and was told on the day of check-in that all rooms are full which doesnt make any sense to me that how is it that possible when I booked 2 weeks before. I disliked the compensation that was given to me and I expect more in return.

I didn’t have high expectations because it was considerably less expensive than other options. We were pleasantly surprised that it was clean well organized and had attentive staff. I like that they had an ice machine that offered cold filtered water which you don’t often find. Also a few flo chargers on premises to charge an EV was so convenient. Great restaurants in walking distance. And visiting the giant orange for a juice is a must do. I didn’t use the pool or faciiites but overall for and older hotel everything was great.
