Great stay!!!
We had a quick weekend getaway for a Bachelorette Party! This was a great place for the five of us girls to gather in between pool time, get ready for dinners, and relax between activities. We had a great time at our stay. I appreciate the communication level I received from Utah's Best as well. 🤗

Excellent for Vacation
The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked with linens and cookware. The pools and hot tubs were a nice bonus and contributed to the resort-style feel. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Moab, in a quiet neighborhood. This condo is pet friendly and was perfect for my family's first vacation to Utah.

Perfect place for a getaway!
This was the perfect place for our family. The space was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The pool/hot tub was awesome after a day of riding trails and the kids loved it!! Our unit also had a hot tub on the patio however we could not get it to heat up - I didn't communicate this with the property manager because we were out on the trails all day & didn't want to message late at night but other than that small thing our stay was everything we needed & wanted!

Wish I could have stayed but was devastated by a hurricane and I can’t get my money refunded
We didn’t get to stay in this resort because we got hit with a cat 5 hurricane. I called to cancel October 1st and was told to make a claim. I got the travelers insurance and I made a claim and haven’t heard anything. Utah best said they would not refund money. They tell me to contact vrbo. I have tried to call for days multiple times a day. I wait 15/20 min and then the call just hangs up. I rented 2 of these units. Unfortunately owned by different people. The other unit canceled and refunded me no Questions asked and this unit made me go make s claim which the company made me upload pictures to prove I was in a hurricane then I don’t hear anything.

Great Place to Stay in Moab
We had a great stay at Sage Creek Resort. We chose to stay here because of the pool and we wanted more space. We knew the resort was further outside of downtown Moab. The rooms were very spacious and perfect for our family. Beds were cozy. The only downside was being on the first floor we had to keep all of the blinds closed to avoid people seeing in and there is no view -- next time we'd book an upper floor rental. Also the people above us were LOUD walkers -- but they do mention this in the listing as a potential issue, I was just surprised how loud the people were and kids jumping/running around late after 10pm. The keypad on the door is a bit finicky and the reservation had two different codes for the front door, so took us a few minutes and a phone call to get in when we arrived, but the place is just as advertised. We loved the large washer/dryer for towels and the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We'd have loved blackout curtains in the rooms, cause the sun woke us up early. We'd stay at Sage Creek again -- definitely a nice place! The food truck out in the parking lot was great too.

Great for large family/group
The condos worked great for our stay in Moab. We had to call to get the correct code for our condo on arrival, but they were quick to respond. Overall, one of the best vacation stays we’ve had, and the kids definitely enjoyed the pool when we were around.

** BE VERY WARY DEALING WITH UTAHS BEST MANAGEMENT CO
First off, this is a beautiful and comfortable property in a super location, as advertised. It appeared to be exactly what we wanted as home base for our week long family biking and hiking adventure in Moab. We had some minor hiccups in the check in process, all explained by the property management company as their learning about a new, for them, listing. Understandable. We went out onto the White Rim trail for two long, hard days during the week and came back late Tuesday night. I was too tired to look at emails until early the next morning. What I found was a note from Utahs Best that they had a problem with a second listing of the property and we needed to leave that day. From that point on, I was dumbfounded that the management company at every turn did the absolute rock bottom least they could to make this situation bearable. They stated it was completely new news to them that the owner still had a second valid contract with another company to lease out this unit. With that said, they stated that there was nothing they could do and the police would take us out if we did not leave. They offered to try to find something for us, but what it turned out they did — over more than half the day — was try to get us to move our group into a one room “casita”. Because that was the only property left THAT THEY MANAGED. It took us three minutes online and one phone call to find an acceptable alternative once we realized they were not going to lift a single finger. This would have been so easy to handle — once they knew there was a problem Utahs Best could have gone online just as easily as us and secured an equivalent property, told us the issue, charged or credited us the difference in cost, offered to help us move and maybe offered a bottle of wine for our pain. We might have had a few questions once we found out the issue but it would have been painless. Instead, for who knows what reason,. Utahs Best chose to make this 100% about what was easiest and most profitable for them and gave 0 — less than 0 — concern to their renter. Shameful level of service. Again, the property is fine. But renters certainly need to be concerned about an owner who contracts with two managers at the same time and absolutely about doing business ever with Utahs Best given their lack of customer concern.
