My room isn't as spacious as I expected it to be but the cleanliness made up for it. The hot water takes a little while but when it does it is scalding hot. One thing, I really liked was it was an easy check in and check out.

The location was very convenient for easy walking and to various transportation. Staff was very friendly. Yhe room was a bit small, but nice. The bed was not very comfortable, ( king room). All in all not a bad stay.

I was very excited to stay at this hotel, but was extremely disappointed upon arrival. I booked a superior room with a king bed. The room we got was NOT what the pictures online showed. It was about half the size, with no window. No heat in the bathroom. Very run down. Disappointing for what I payed. The hallway smelled. The location of the hotel is great and the bed was very comfortable, but other than that, I was not a fan.

Only positive about this hotel was the location in Koreatown. Zero customer service, freezing bathroom without heat, dirty/stained box springs uncovered, terrible lighting, broken vending machines, etc. Upon arrival had to pay an additional daily “property fee” without any notice. Would never stay here again. Do NOT recommend.

Upon arrival , the front desk employee was extremely rude and unhelpful, I tried calling the hotel multiple times during our stay with no response , extremely noisy, in need of major updates, the elevator was very slow and seemed unsafe

Unbeatable location, but would be nicer if the do some refurbishing. Adding a mini fridge in room would be super. Rooms old and noisy (next door rooms) but still comfortable.

Good value. Comfortable.
our room was super small. it was by the elevator, so a little noisy, but not bad. bed was comfortable, but *super* gushy and soft which is not our preference. we weren't in the room a lot, so it was workable. everything was clean and worked as expected. decent price and a good value overall, but certainly not luxury. the bakery down the street was a big plus!
