Moab trip
This property definitely has a lot of potential. The overall space was great. Large walk in closets and overall pretty roomy spaces. The negatives were that the place was not clean when we arrived. Towels were folded but still quite damp and dingy. Furniture was super dusty and the mattresses were super uncomfortable. I think simply upgrading the mattresses/bedding/towels and having the kitchen a little better stocked (the coffee maker didn’t even have filters provided nor was there any salt/pepper) would improve this listing immensely. The traffic noise from the highway really wasn’t bad at all. But the AC unit was so loud it was hard to hear the television. We are on a 2 week trip through Utah and Arizona, staying almost exclusively in rentals and this listing wasn’t even close to the level of the other places we’ve stayed

The place we stayed had everything we needed such as parking space, room to live, great location and scenic views. The highway traffic was a bit noisy but nothing that we could not live with.

Super Moab stay!
This property was perfect for our family of four...two teens. It was very clean, in a small quiet neighborhood of similar properties that was easy to get to from the city of Moab. The property managers responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay there again!

Great property for our family of 4! Very close to Moab and all it has to offer. The house had everything we needed but an extra blanket in the living room would have been nice. It is a little noisy with the highway traffic - bring ear plugs or a fan. The noise did not affect our sleep.

Clean and comfortable
We stayed here as 3 brothers on a last minute off-road trip. The house was clean and was surprisingly peaceful considering that it's right off the highway. It was nice to have the garage for one of the Jeeps. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. We had 3 different cell services and at least 2 of them didn't have signal. At one point wifi calling wouldn't work because we were streaming something at the same time. We really appreciated the ability to book only one night less than 24 hours before check-in. It was a great stay that was so much better than any hotel room!

Very comfortable, clean home. No problems or issues. Except trying to find it in the dark. Reflectors at the driveway would be good. The Highway is a bit noisy, but we used the fan and had no problems sleeping. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house
This property was very nice. It is a little way out of town. It is neck to a busy highway which was noisy at night. The sliding patio door has no blinds which made it very bright in the morning. They need extra blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed however the toaster wouldn’t stay down in its own. Overall it was nice place to stay.

Overpriced, but then all of Moab is overpriced, so in line with others. Comfortable, but because right next to the road, it was noisy with truck traffic. Worked out nicely for us; no complaints.

Perfect!
We stayed here as part of our summer vacation the Utah’s National Parks. It was the perfect location to be far enough away for relaxation after a long day but close enough to reduce travel time to the parks. It was very clean and comfortable!

Moab
Place was comfortable, clean and contemporary . Located just south of the bustle of the city the scenery was somewhat compromised by powerlines and a billboard and the overall industrial activity all around. It’s right off the main road so there is some heavy truck traffic through the night. We came for the hiking and adventure, arches and the rec areas were very accessible despite the ongoing road construction in Moab . It was a very nice place to come back to after a long day on the trails.

Pros: We loved this place! Beautiful, clean, comfy, all the kitchen tools you’d need for cooking. Beds are comfy. All the towels you’d need. We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and the bunks were perfect. Temps inside were perfect. Grill for use! Great to have a garage. Cons: kind of loud traffic and it goes all night with semi’s. We kept the master bathroom fan on and it really helped.

Great, new, clean units
We really enjoyed our stay -- the units are well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and have everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Their proximity to the highway makes for a rather noisy stay, but a little white noise did the trick. Beware that these are a ways out of Moab, which we knew when booking. You'll definitely want a car to get around. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Awesome View right next to Moab!
Great home away from home if you're looking to spend some time in the area! Location isn't too far from Moab, has an amazing view to wake up to, and is well furnished for your needs. Smart TV and Wifi is a huge plus as cell reception is poor in the area. Garage and trailer parking available. Would Recommend, just bring friends and food!
