The biggest issue we had was with the water and the cleanliness. We barely had luke warm water in our shower, yet we had very hot water in both of the sinks. After two days of trying to rectify this they offered to move us rooms....to another room that had the same problem. We had two rooms booked and the one room had plenty of hot water in the shower. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. The same room that had the water issue was not cleaned on the first day. We talked to three different cleaning staff about having it cleaned and were just given a stack of towels. No clean glasses, new coffee, beds made, nothing. We were told by the front desk there was no record of us having asked to have it cleaned. The next day one bed was made but nothing had been cleaned. On top of that, a dead lady bug and a piece of garbage that did not belong to us were left on the floor in front of our sink. The hotel only has one microwave in it located in the breakfast area. The turntable from it was missing and it was FILTHY. The pool water and room were very cold. The property looked nice and new from the outside. However the rooms showed more wear. The closet is almost unusable as you can only access half of it. Our dresser had a hole in one of the drawers and left wood shavings stuck to the clothes that were in there. I emailed the property directly before we left and have never heard from them.

The bathrooms are extremely small. The door barely passes by the toilet & this wasn’t just our room. I was also shocked they charged to park there. It worked for our one night stay before heading to the airport but other than that, we won’t be back.

The staff were fine and they made sure to tidy up your room everyday but the place is outdated and the pool area is super cold because it’s in an extra part of the building but not directly attached. Good place for a short stay. The hotel definitely does the best with what they have.

Nice place. Can’t complain other than we stayed on NYE and many kids in hallways having a party and no security ever came around. Was very annoying.
