Couldn’t be more pleased!
I came to Minnesota to put my father on Hospice and I stayed at this hotel my last night. The only thing was, was given a room right next to the elevator, that I would hear all night, and had to be up at 3am to catch my flight. I went back down and asked for a different room and told the woman the situation. She was really great about it. Every employee I ran into was very kind and helpful. When I check out at 3:45am, the woman behind the desk was great! It wasn’t time for breakfast but she still went and found me what I was looking for to eat. I was treated very well and it was the best room out of the 3 that I stayed in for my trip! Very friendly, helpful and kind! I will definitely stay there again!

Facility is nice but not walkable to anything. I was told snacks for sale in the lobby could not be purchased with cash, which is inconvenient. On the flip side, night staff "Noel" was super helpful and went out of his way to help me out a couple times.

Much better than the regency. Our shower door was not on the tracks right. And when we called down to front desk for towels they didn’t come, we had to go down and ask again. The breakfast is alright but not much of a variety. We also asked to have our sheets changed and when we came back 6 hours later they had not been changed, then we were told we couldn’t get sheets changed because there was no one to do it. In the end I did end up getting fresh sheets and I made the bed myself. Had we not had so many issues this would be probably my top comfort hotel in the area.
