We loved this hotel! It was a quick and short stay but I’ll certainly stay here again, a short walk to everything. The rooms were surprisingly clean, and I’m a hard one to impress being in hospitality myself. The bartender and bar food was something to be desired, however. Rude and the food was just plain gross. The check in process was flawless even tho I we arrived 1.5 hours before check in time. I was put in a quiet area and had no issues with our room at all. I just we asked for 2 extra pillows and another blanket and they were prompt and kind in delivery. I loved having a tub and separate shower. I truly enjoyed a deep bath soak after a long evening downtown. The lobby is a bit rundown but there are plenty of places private spaces to wait or relax. Valet did a wonderful job as well. I made sure to tip the fellas as they were careful with our vehicle and prompt for how busy the city was this weekend. All in all, as long as you don’t inconvenience the sleeping bartender at 4:30pm and order wings? You should be a happy guest!

The hotel was very clean and our room was awesome! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We could walk to restaurants, bars, games, concerts, etc. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The property itself is gorgeous. I love that. It had a quieter vibe about it. The fitness center has an unusual assortment of equipment. It looks fantastic in pictures and has great cardio equipment, but I think it might be designed more for CrossFit?! Also, the TVs in the hotel rooms are very tricky to operate in terms of having access to many channels

Inaccurate misleading room description
The description said one bedroom suite as in separate room with bed in it. Upon arrival I was told they dont have any suites with separate bedrooms and the only resolution offered was a downgrade to a room with 2 queens
