I specifically looked at pictures of this hotel property, and that's why i went with this hotel compared to others. The check-in process was completely slow. A line was also forming due to taking 8-10 mins per person. This was at 1am. Then, I was told it was $3 to park. I guess why the heck would I have to pay to park?? I'm already a guest who has paid an astronomical amount to sleep here for a total of 8 hours. Lastly, the breakfast was subpar. There wasn't anything I could eat. Normally, theres hard-boiled eggs or some sort of lighter food. Nope. Bagels, bread, and runny scrambled eggs. I know for future this isn't the hotel for me.

Stayed 4 nights..Perfect for going to Events at US Bank Stadium. Within walking distance from Mall to catch train..Parking was 3.00 per day and train ride full day pass 4.00. Breakfast was great, clean rooms, friendly staff. Beds were only ok for comfort. If dont like hearing planes not a place for you. If you like watching planes arrive and depart will be great...6am they start up and midnight they shutdown. Pool hours are great with a midnight closing. A suggestion..make last hour or two adult only...went to whirlpool about 10:30pm no in pool so just as wife and i entered pool couple families of kids arrived ..due to kids constantly screaming left after 15 minutes...our next attempt on the last day did not go well as it was whirlpool maintenance time. Will definitely stay again if in town for an event.

No housekeeping
Front desk staff friendly but ineffective. Asked repeatedly for house, they made one bed, took a bag of dirty baby clothes (never to be seen again), and never gave us clean towels. 4 adults shared 3 towels and 1 washcloth for 3 nights stay. Beds we're comfortable and nice location but avoid. Parking is not free as Hotel.com claims, it's 3$ a night.

The picked up the garbage containers at 6 am--clanging was loud and long but that probably didn't matter since i was awake ALL night with planes coming and going right above us literally every two Room was small and cramped without a chair other than desk chair I will NEVER stay here again

Missed my connecting flight and arrived in Minneapolis very late. Front desk staff was great and very helpful! Room was clean. Showerhead is too low for me at 6 foot tall. AC and fan worked great!

The first morning there wasn't any fruit. There is nothing to eat to fill you up. You need a waffle maker to fill people up. I've never been to a hotel that didn't have one. I complained to the manager with the red hair she could have care less. The shuttle driver Brenda was so nice. We had to leave the pool area the first night cuz some teens were way to loud and being disrespectful. Won't ever stay at this hotel again.

Picked hotel for price and location. Yes convenient to MOA (walk or shuttle) but the hotel is somewhat dated, beds were so uncomfortable and the sound of planes flying every 10ish minutes was just too much for us.

Just a quick overnight stay with a friend while in town for a concert. Close to light rail which we took to and from the show. Wish the shuttle was running a little later though. Had to walk back to hotel from train station in the rain. Breakfast just so so.

Noise from airplanes at night was annoying
Stayed two nights. Just about all night long we had airplanes taking off right above the building. So it is really close to the airport but it did disrupt our sleep. Beds seemed clean but weren’t all that comfortable. Pool area was just okay, nothing real special and wasn’t very deep at all because my 7 yr old could touch. They did charge me a car parking fee that wasn’t disclosed until after I saw a charge for it. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.
