Great location and professionally managed. Close to shopping and local restaurants, there is a 24 hour convenience store next door

Due to thickness on the building’s walls, wifi works great on most devices; on some devices with different antennas; wifi signal may not reach the bedroom

Close to "Parque delta" a mall with all kinds of stores, groceries, banks & movie theaters just a 10 minutes walk.
There is an oxxo (24 hour conveniente store) downstairs for all momentary needs, payments, ATM, etc.
Host is really attentive & extra quick responding! always interested in doing a better job hosting and with excelent recommendations!
I strongly recomend to anyone visiting Mexico either for short or long term rentals!
The New building is on superb conditions, The elevator is always available and everything is super clean and impeccable.

The neighborhood is beautiful, central, in an excellent area of the city, close to restaurants, business centers and tourist areas.
You can walk or bike everywhere since the area is very well connected, if you do not like to do those things, there is a bus station in front of the property, different means of transport are also available (Cabify, Uber, Taxi , etc.)
