Room was never serviced by housekeeping durring our 3 day stay. Bed was never made We had to go to the front desk for fresh towels, coffee supplies were not replenished, cups and glasses not cleaned or replaced. We wont stay at Hyatt again.

Kitchen was down for renovation, we couldn’t order any food. Our room phone didn’t work and house keeping said they would call maintenance and they never showed up to swap it out for a different one.

The area was nice and quiet and I Liked the free parking but one room I the beds were not made and the room had not been cleaned also we tried 2 different sets of keys and still couldn’t get into the room finally we were moved to a different room

The shower area was not properly covered resulting water splashed to outside ( overflowing too). I have photos if needed. My 8 old slippered and hurt toe. He literally escaped in hard hitting. This is not even I selected ( I selected 1st floor. I informed customer desk they even did not care. This is one of the poor service and poor safety inside the bathroom.
