The front desk staff were above excellent. Some of the issues I had were I was there for 6 days and not until the 5th day did they offer to clean room. I had to ask for toilet paper and towels as I ran out. They state they have a kitchenette but there is no microwave. Also at the breakfast they would not have items out and would have to ask for them. No silverware, no napkins, no syrup, no cups for juice. Appeared no one watching over to refill. This hotel is also a distance from being able to walk to any other places so must Uber or Taxi everywhere. No convenient.

Clean, Safe, and Friendly Staff
It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff. It's fairly clean and they put out a nice breakfast daily. My only real issue was the room type that I booked as it's false advertising. I booked the "High Floor" room, but this hotel only has four floors. Save your money and just request a third or fourth floor room when making your reservation.

This is our go to place to stay when we come for the marketplace. Plenty of room for my pups and is in great proximity to many dining and shopping spaces.

The property was clean and in a safe area, however, the downside was the pool was closed due to incoming storms and the front desk wasn't able to accommodate some of our needs for a double bed vs single bed & for being on the 1st floor.

Excellent value. Rooms are spacious with extra sleeper sofa and is very comfortable. Perhaps the hotel is able to offer rooms at a reasonable price because they change linens on a 3-day schedule instead of daily (extra clean towels available at front desk upon request.) A hot breakfast with eggs, pancakes and sausage is included. First time at this chain and would stay again. Need a car at the Memphis location.
