必要最低限のサービスが提供される感じです。イメージよりも上回ったサービスは冷蔵庫に子供用の牛乳が入っていたくらいでしょうか。 クローゼットの中の金庫が使えなかったので対応をお願いしたらすごく嫌な感じで結局来てくれず。 ルームクリーニングも大体何かが足りてないか忘れています。コップが片付いていなかったり、リネンの補充が人数分なかったり、なぜかベッドメイク後に枕を戻し忘れていたり。 コンベンションセンターと繋がっているためビジネスマン向けなのでファミリーフレンドリーではないのはまあしょうがないかなという感じですが、あまり満足感はありませんでした。 DFOというショッピングモールもついていますが、結構ガラの悪い人しかいない感じなので、雰囲気の良さを求めるなら微妙かもしれません。

Temperature in the room was sweltering hot. Controller wouldn’t work. Reception was so unapologetic about it. We stay in Novotel every time we visit Melbourne. We pay for the parking at the hotel reception. This time staff refused to help with the parking as well. We end up paying $98 for overnight parking.
