Davis Avenue Apartments offer comfortable, sleek and roomy accommodation for those wanting a base for Sth Yarra shopping - or to travel further. Fabulous choice of local restaurants and high quality groceries. Cleaning staff are terrific and friendly. And if you’re bringing your 4 legged companion- they are welcomed and fussed over.

Neat and tidy and loved the Gumby wallpaper. Older apartment but nicely presented with modern touches. Very helpful reception and great communication. Would recommend to anyone that wants an apartment off the main road but close to great cafes, bars and shopping.
