Our stay in Marseille
The breakfast was very good and staff very amicable. Please ask your staff not to recommend the restaurant Miramar; it was so expensive and the food was terrible. We went to other restaurants half price and the food was delicious and great service.

A really nice two bedroom apartment conveniently located in the old port area. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Marseille.

We had a great experience staying here. Since we stayed in the apartment suites, which are separate from the main hotel, we didn’t interact with staff during our stay, though they did walk us to the property upon arrival. Be sure to request any housekeeping needs or extra towels/robes in the morning, as hotel staff don’t have access once housekeeping leaves for the day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. The suites were clean, well-maintained, and the location was perfect—right in the middle of everything.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size and the amenities of the place. Gorgeously decorated in a mix of Art Deco and Tommy Bahamas. Right at the Old Port, in the shopping pedestrian, markets, cafes and great restaurants within a couple of blocks.

The room itself was pretty much standard for a hotel room. It was clean with all the usual conveniences. Nice big bathroom with a great shower. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast that was served was excellent and was all local or made in their own kitchen.

Staff was very responsive pre-visit in assisting with information and reservations. We arrived quite early, they held our luggage and then delivered it to our room once ready. Breakfast buffet was amazing, offering charcuterie, eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, breads, juice, espresso, cafe au lait. Property is on a very busy street but all of Marseille seems to be busy. My only disappointment was when I asked for ice for our room the response was, "We don't have any," They do offer hot and cold filtered water in cafe area.

Comfort rooms very small. Need to do gymnastics to see the sky. Breakfast absolute chaos. Staff and guests colliding trying to get food in no more than a narrow corridor. They obviously have no idea of food hygiene. Uncovered food laid out on draining boards adjacent to a sink which is being continuously used. Hence food being splashed with dirty water. Bowl of cooked bacon and sausages with no means to keep it warm and no indication of temperature. Staff unhelpful. Avoid this hotel.

Excellent Location
We stayed at this hotel during our first visit to Marseille and had a lovely experience. The location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. The room was clean, charming, and had a boutique-style feel, which we really enjoyed. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Although there was no fridge in the room, they were happy to store some of our items in their fridge for us. The only small drawbacks were that they only provided a 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel, and lotion was only available upon request. However, these were minor issues, and overall, we were very happy with our stay!
