The apartment is in first floor in an elevated position with views directly over the golf course and the Mediterranean.

The apartment is equipped to a high standard with marble floors, AC & central heating, double glazing and under floor heating in bathrooms. The extensive Elviria beach is 5 minutes drive away is one of the best Marbella beaches, family friendly but with plenty of facilities. Elviria has all the facilities required - shops, restaurants etc. together with Don Carlos 5 star hotel and the Four Seasons Country Club sports facilities. There are 15 golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
