Make yourself at home and enjoy a thrilling fishing trip at this two half-duplex, studio apartment in the fishing community of Conch Key, where you can enjoy the use of the deepwater docking out back with easy access to the open water as well as the fish cleaning table.

This charming, family-friendly vacation rental has been remodeled with new appliances, flooring, and furnishings, creating the perfect relaxing ambiance. Create favorite recipes in the full kitchen (no dishwasher, then dine together at the adjacent table. Ample parking is provided out front, with room for a boat trailer and extra vehicles.

Just a few doors down from this home, at the Bayview Inn, you will find a boat ramp, convenience store, boat rental, and jet ski rental. You can find Marathon only 11 miles away, where you can visit attractions such as the Aquarium of the Florida Keys, Turtle Hospital, the Dolphin Discovery Center, and Crane Point State Park, shopping, and restaurants.

BAD Experience
The place smells of mold. We booked 15 nights, but could only tolerate a 4-night stay because the air quality was so poor. The air conditioning unit was dirty and moldy with the "change filter" light was flashing. The property management company didn't take action to correct the potential health risk at the property and they took little care of us in regards to compensation after losing the cost of 11 nights of our reservation that we didn't use. We would never recommend this property to anyone, there are a lot of other options in the Keys.

Good efficiency
Nice little place with good access to all the keys. Market a couple doors down great for small purchases. Cooked lots of fresh catch on the grill outside. It was a bit small for 7 night staying doing as much cooking as we do on our keys trips.
