The property is okay. Our room is clean but dated. Although it says Turn Down Service available, not once was our room serviced. The staff are superb though. Very sweet and willing to help you in every way they can.

Overall, this was my favorite hotel after recently staying at a few hotels in Manila. New World has a great location and their impeccable customer service really made New World stand out from the competition. They also had perhaps the best 24/7 in room dining and fitness center that I experienced during my trip. Rooms are well kept, modern, and every request is handled quickly and professionally. The only aspect I didn't like about the hotel was the mattress (way too firm) but I was able to compensate with additional pillows. That said, relative to the competition New World is a great value in the Makati area.
