Every staff that we had the pleasure in meeting were all courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the daily breakfast on the deck, the food was good and the waitstaff are very attentive and friendly. This was the second time we’ve stayed here and we are happy and satisfied customers.

Services were great, cleanliness too. The only thing was, I believe some (or one) of my neighbors smoked. I could smell the smoke in my bathroom multiple times a day. Fortunately I was given an air purifier, but I do hope they could just expel or fine the smoker in a non-smoking floor. Thank you.

Although the property is older, it seems well maintained. Staff also are quite cheerful and helpful. The only one negative is that they don’t put enough towels, no face towel at all, no blanket/pillow for the 3rd person even if the reservation was for ‘3 people’. You have to call the reception area to have them bring these things. Also towels appear old as they’re not fluffy any longer.

Our go to hotel whenever we visit Manila. Very smooth from check-in to check-out. All staff are very welcoming, friendly and always greet you with a smile. Rooms are comfortable and immaculate. Right next to Greenbelt. Cannot fault this hotel!! ⭐️

The location is convenient. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are bright and quiet despite the construction that is being done around the area. This has been my go to Hotel everytime i visit. Sadly only feedback is loyalty rewards but not necessary.
