This is a nice hotel located in the Makati area of Manila where most tourists stay. Staff were all friendly and pleasant from reception to housekeeping and security. They would always greet you each time. Helpful. Room was spacious and clean. The room included a fridge, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, some complimentary toiletries, plus other basic amenities. Two small bottles of water were provided each day. WIFI worked well. I didn't include breakfast nor eat at the hotel so can't comment on food. There is a restaurant on the premises. Despite being located on the main road, it was peaceful to sleep. Good location near Greenbelt (retail, dining and entertainment). Literally a 4-minute walk. After a day sightseeing, it was nice to go there in the evening. A small negative. There was a strange smell in the bathroom, like a drain smell or rotten eggs. I couldn't quite put my finger on it but not a great smell. Would recommend otherwise.

The property is reasonably clean and staff are super good and helpful. But I didn’t like is the carpet around the premises. It is very hazardous to clients specially the elderly.

Jinjiang always deliver good quality service starting from the staff at parking lot to main door to chk in and luggage to your room. Always consistently polite men n women in any department n wd a smile! Always. And if you stay more than once, they know your name before you even say it!

Awesome place
The place was clean and staff is so friendly. They were apologetic about the hotel’s appearance since they are in the process of updating it. I do hope it will be soon since that’s the only knock against this hotel. It is so convenient and close to everything. Will gladly stay there again when I’m in Manila.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel is a two minute walk to the Greenbelt with tons of great dining options and a super upscale mall. Eat at Mesa if you can. Delicious and affordable food in an upscale restaurant. Rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The hallway carpet is in need of replacement.
