I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, they messed up our room reservation. Despite booking well in advance, we arrived to find our reserved room unavailable. The staff seemed unprepared to handle the situation, and it took quite a while to sort out an alternative. Disappointing start to our stay.

The whole staff from the doormen to the massage therapists, everyone were super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, including both beds, linens and pillows. The rooftop bar was nice as well.

The hotel was wonderful. Staff was very kind. Taking off one star because our shower didn't drain very well and flooded the rest of the bathroom floor. Otherwise great stay!
