Really a top notch property. The property itself was very nice, modern, clean, everything functional and up to any standard I could imagine. The staff were awesome, from the men who greeted us at the front door and helped us with our bags, the ladies at reception desk were increadibly kind and helpful and the housekeeping were also very hard working, super kind and did an amazing job keeping the facilities as well as our personal room perfectly tidy. This establishment seems to be a well oiled machine and we will very likely stay here again next time were in Makati. Additionally, this facility is located dead center of anything you'd likely care to see or do in the area, you could easily walk from the front door to mast anything as we did several times or grab/ taxies are easily had to anywhere. The roof top restaurant offers good food and a pretty awesome view of the city lights at night. The interior restaurant offers a large buffet & while we didnt eat here (only had coffee) it did look amazing and wish we'd of tried it. Used the gym several times and it had most of the basic weights and cardio options available that I needed. Certainly dont have any complaints, top notch place & Im glad we found it.

I loved everything about the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was on the same floor and area of the rooftop dining, like basically attached to it.

The property is located in a very central area next to the main road of makati avenue. There are several convenient stores nearby, and guest parking is available. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are nice and clean.

Overall enjoyable.
The best thing about this hotel is the service. All of the staff were amazing and accommodating. The only things I had a problem with were with the bathroom and the air con. Not sure if it was just my room but the water in the shower and sink drained a bit on the slower side, which forced me to lower the water pressure. The air con just felt okay during my stay, not as cool as I would've liked (using the lowest allowable temperature setting).

I've stayed at this hotel before and had great experiences. This time, however i was very unhappy with my room. I booked a non-smoking room with "city view" what i got was a smoking room that they sprayed and the "view" was the building next door, not a view of the city skyline.

Excellent hotel especially the busy location
Reception staff welcoming , lovely hotel , great breakfasts and great rooftop with views and in evenings there was live music. Good food. Great location for hustle and bustle of shops , ATMs and people and there’s a 24 hr 7-11 shop outside too. Will stay again if I return.
