I enjoyed the area, very lovely and walkable. The apartment was nice and clean. My only concern was that the so called “queen bed” was not a queen, but rather 2 twin beds pressed together, and the beds kept moving at night and we’d fall in the hole. Highly uncomfortable. Also, there was no hair conditioner.

It was very noisy. And we found it difficult to get in because we didnt have any wifi and a message on how to get in was done that way. Would prefer an actual person or information sent a few days prior to arrival. Had to find wifi nearby and then walk back and try to get in.

Perfect location
Hotel was in a great location right in the hear of Madrid centro. There was a night club across the street but everything was completely sound proof. We would definitely stay here again.

I got very disappointed when we arrived at the apartment to find out that it was not the one they advertised on Expedia . They gave us an apartment much smaller than what we booked. There was no air conditioning in the main room and the shower was not working properly. I would not recommend to anyone else to stay there. We will not come back.

This property was not exactly as advertised. Check in took over an hour because we did not receive a code and building does not have any on site staff. It is an apartment building not hotel and apartments are two buildings on either side of the street. We had to call multiple times to sort out how to get in the building. The apartments were very clean and comfortable once we got in.
