Great location.
Had a good stay. The location was really good and the room was very big and very clean. There was coffee available in the lobby throughout our stay and mini muffins were available in the morning. We didn't get our free bottle of wine for being a gold member but there was wine available in the evening. It wasn't great so we only went down once for this. Our last night was a Friday and there was quite a lot of noise from other guests early in the morning. I slept through it with ear plugs but it woke my husband. Overall we had a great stay.

This hotel is in a great location. It gave an immersive experience of Madrid, as it was close to restaurants and tourist attractions. It’s walkable with my teenage kids even at midnight and the hotel had 24 hour reception and a laundry machine.

Lovely clean, modern apartments. Spacious and had everything needed. Staff very welcoming and helpful, very knowledgeable. Noisey at night due to being on a busy street. Sofa bed is the main seating area, this is uncomfortable due to having a low back and when a family of 4 are trying to seat on it, it becomes difficult. Otherwise lovely place and would definitely stay here again!

Great spot to see the sites.
Fantastic location for the sites. If you are driving car parking is a ramp and 5 mins drive away . Very clean place .No breakfast just coffee and the worlds smallest muffins. Place was noisy at night with a night club across the road.

This property it's in a wonderful location, surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, and local cultural centers. You have easy access to transportation like busses, taxis and metro stations. It's afew minutes away (walking) from main attractions as Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel marketplace, the Royal Palace, la Gran Vía, and more. The staff is very professional. The hotel includes complimentary coffee and tea 24/7, it also includes a complementary glass of wine in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel in Madrid.

It was on a quiet block, easily accessible to the sol and opera stations and nearby plazas, dining, shopping. etc. Quick walk to gines churros and el corte ingles.free coffee, tea, mini muffins in the morning. Staff are so nice. Rooms are spacious (we got two bedrooms) and so affordable. The only thing, limited toilet paper, no hair conditioner, and perhaps paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that, will recommend to others who would prefer to stay in that area.
