Clean, spacious room. We had a room that faced the courtyard to avoid noise from the street in Gran Via. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Lounge and rooftop were highlights!

This is definitely a boutique hotel in a fantastic location. My stay here was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was just right to get the day started.

I absolutely love this place. The rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect to walk around the Gran Via and surrounding. I love the balcony on my room facing the gran via street OMG! That was amazing. The restaurant had the best bread and the capresse salad with pesto also is amazing, you should try it. one more thing, the rooftop has incredible views to enjoy a glass of sangria, or maybe two… I definitely will recomend this place to families and friends on their trip to Madrid. :)

During our stay in Madrid, the service at the hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful, especially Cesar, who was always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were spotless and comfortable, but what truly made our experience memorable was the team, who made us feel right at home. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the city!

They stolen a very expensive pair of sun glasses from my room, unfortunately no one took responsibility. I contacted them they and they assured me they had found the glasses and when I when to pick them up it was an empty case that wasn’t even from the glasses. Pls be aware with your personal belongings if you stay there.
