Nice little hotel in the middle of Madrid. Rooms kind of small, but the great location beats the small room. Definitely will come back.

Great Location
Great location. Close to everything. Across street from 4 Seasons and Marriott. It costs $50 dollars to check in early. Breakfast is not worth it unless it comes with room. Lots of places to eat around hotel. We had a problem with remote that was solved quickly. Rooms were small but bathroom was a nice size.

Excellent location
The location is excellent, 200m from the main town square and the same amount in the other direction from the main town street Gran Via. The rooms are not claustrophobically small, but they are not big either. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. If you like to watch YouTube or Netflix on TV, unfortunately you won't be able to because they are not smart TVs and the selection of programs is the same as in any hotel - uninteresting to watch. I stayed in this hotel 7-8 years ago and nothing has changed so replacing the TV would be an improvement that doesn't cost to much.

This hotel was clean. The room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. If in the area would definitely book a room here again. Many great places and restaurants to visit in the area.

It was amazing location wise. Yes it is not really 4 star, but it does not matter when you are located in the middle of the city, walking distance from all galleries, museums, shops, etc. It might be a little loud at night, do not forget ear plugs. I really recommend it, but you need to low your expectation a little. Location is 6 star.

Great location to walk everywhere, shopping, Flamenca shows, meeting point to our food tour and Toledo tour were also walking distance(for us at least within 1 mile) we never took a taxi besides to the airport. Very comfy beds, quiet and super clean rooms! Staff was very accommodating and pleasant…except for the gal serving breakfast…she was rude, didn’t like foreigners…but we got over that, hoping the manager will see this and give her an attitude check…especially since everyone else was so great! Would stay here again.

Its doesnt look like a 4star hotel, they say 24 hours reception but cant assist you with a reason mentioning only 1 person is available at full hotel. Breakfast is so disappointing. It was like you are having something at low star rating hotels, no doubt location is good but they need to raise up standard of hotel as to me and my colleague it was 2 star hotel.

This hotel is very well located. 1 minute walk to Puerta Del Sol and a few more minutes to Plaza Mayor and a few more to the Royal Palace. Also around 30 min walking to the Prado, train station, and Reina Sofia. The only slight issue is breakfast. The Spanish omelette had too many potatoes for my taste and some of the fruit (kiwi, bananas, and apples not included) came from a can and weren't fresh. I would stay here again if I came to Madrid and would reccomend staying hjere.
