The apart ent was very modern, comfortable, very clean, with cooling AC unit. There is a top roof area with a great view. Very nice. Also the location was excellent.

This location was perfect for nights stay. Passing through the city it was in the heart of so much going on! Tons of walkable restaurants on every turn and for a family of 5 we had so much room & space to ourselves we felt extremely comfortable! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

We traveled to Madrid with our kids. The place is exactly as described. Nice, clean and spacious apartment with all you need to be like at home specially if you’re traveling with small kids. The market is just around the corner and it’s open 24 hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this gorgeous apartment to stay if you’re visiting Madrid.

Gran View apartments is walkable, and has a grocery store in the same building. It also offers excellent views over Madrid, looking north toward the Guadarrama. The rooms are modern and in good condition. The appliances and washer/dryer are functional. The microwave is of the multi-function variety that doubles as an oven of sorts. Located almost directly across from the Callao metro stop, the property is centrally located for easy walking access within about 20 or 25 minutes to Madrid tourist sights (Palace, Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza, Reina Sofia, Plaza Mayor...).

Very nice place! The front desk attendants were very welcoming and helpful. The parking garage is interesting and highly automated. Be prepared for a 30 minute to 1-hour wait to get into your parking space at the garage.
