I recently stayed at this centrally located hotel, which is within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, the overall experience fell short of basics you would expect from a 4* hotel, especially for the €250 per night as a Platinum Hotels.com customer. The carpark beneath the hotel is convenient but expensive, it doesn't belong to the hotel to be fair. Unfortunately, the hotel had several issues: The hallways were dark, the lift was out of order, and I found ants in my bathroom. Accessing the garage was also problematic, with no lights, forcing me to use my phone’s torch. For the price, the hotel did not meet expectations at all.

Easy access to everything ! AC rooms! close to tourist attractions , shopping and food . Few steps to metro also less than 3 minute walk . Went on hop on and hop off bus and it was 2 blocks away with an easy walk .

Good central location and walking distance to lots of other amenities. The room was looking tired and in a desperate need of revamping! Floor was dusty, holes in towels, no shampoo… No bar or restaurant facilities, only very expensive room service and mini bar! If you’re looking for luxury this is not the place!

The air conditioning in my room was broken. My room registered at 27.5c all day and would not come down. When I called the service desk around 4:00pm the person told me to hit the button a few times and it will work.? When I called later in evening no one would answer phone. After a long overseas flight and paying $300 for the room, I didn’t appreciate this problem and lack of any assistance from the hotel.
