Our room was comfortable & contained everything we needed. It was good to have on-site dinner & breakfast available. The MAJOR BONUS for us was the EV charging available on-site (currently free for customers & suitable for non-tesla EVs) - very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.😊

I very much enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazing, very friendly and very helpful. The food was great too, and service with a smile. Nice room, quiet with a little garden attached to the room overlooking the mangroves. I would definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

The room was well appointed however there were a few issues to mention: 1) The bathroom door handle came off and was not installed properly (Poor quality workmanship). 2) The TV remote was not working properly, and I could not lower the volume (no physical button on the TV either) and there was no way you can turn the TV off with the bright white screen staying on (you have to turn off the switch at the power point). 3) TV reception was horrible and all channels were freezing constantly. 4) The shower was very powerful and the spout sprays water outside the tub. 5) There is no room service on a Sunday. I asked for my room to be made up and the cleaning staff said no. They did give me a fresh set of towels. 6) The pictures on Wotif are deceiving. There are no push bikes to use nor is there a courtesy bus available. If you don't have your own car, then you will have to walk 30 minutes to the CBD or hire an e-scooter or Uber or Taxi.

I wanted to bring to your attention as spending nearly $600 dollars on accommodation I was expecting a bit more than what we received, when arriving to check in no run down was provided about the amenities instead the receptionist just provided myself with a piece of paper with limited details and my room key and went back to their phone call, I would’ve liked to have received more information about the dining details and that room service is provided however, it had to be done at reception which defeats the purpose in my opinion. The room was not clean and stunk of mildew, the glass on the balcony was filthy, the bathroom had visible water damage the bathroom door could not be shut and the shower had residue and mould all over it and was not cleaned properly, It was also to my understanding the room would be cleaned each day and it wasn’t, I can see the only one day someone had entered our room and only changed the towels and we did have a dirty bowl sitting on the bench I could see it had been accidentally dropped but put back and the remaining sauce that was in the bowl was spilt on the floor and left there the whole day until we returned that evening. I also found it concerning that all the dirty and ‘clean linen and towels’ were sitting out in the open air in the car park exposed to the elements for days and The tv remote needs replacing as it barely worked.

Good in pictures but actually dated. You notice in room that walls/lamps etc is old and need renew. Bed was comfy!!! Also included room with door that is locked with other room is weird because you can hear other room tv and stuff. Just give the room with middle door to familys.

Average standard accommodation, although the package deal was good cost-wise especially if you travel with large family requiring more than 1 room (pretty much the only option you have). Average standard of cleanliness, service, state of repairs, etc. However, different people have different expectations. Safe location, plenty of parking.

The rooms were clean and had great amenities. The King sized beds were great. A little damage to the wall tiles in the bathroom and some mould on the bathroom ceiling. One night someone came into the room and but left immediately when I said 'hello!'. The office said it was most likely the maintenance person who went to the wrong room.

Motel not Hotel. Checkin - no email with any details or after hours check PIN codes for a safe. No one at office at allowable check in time of 2pm. All locked up. So whilst waiting used toilet by pool. It was dirty with wet towels laying in hand basin and toilet seat covered in something sticky that made my legs n butt so sticky it was hard to get my trousers back up. Had to shower as soon as we eventually checked in to get it off. Eventually got key to room by convincing some other person checking in via safe box to check and see if there was check in package with our name on it. There was only 1 towel, 1 pillow despite booking for 2 people. Linen was clean and room was clean. No bath as advertised. We turned air con off on arrival as it was a cold day. After a few hours we went out for the evening and came back around 1030pm to aircon being on again, leading us to wonder if someone had been in our room. Could be a timer issue in AC but it was very disconcerting. TV had no reception at all, couldn’t even watch local channels. Cafe that was advertised was not open at all in the time we were there. No Bistro. No beach or ocean in sight but marshlands all around.So many midges one couldn’t sit outside for long before being bitten to pieces. Def not as advertised. Not sure how this got an “excellent” rating. Would not stay again. If the facility had a rating and advertising that reflected the reality of what is on offer I would not be writing this review.

Our room had connecting doors to the room next to ours, @ approx 11pm the person in the next room opened up both door & tried to enter ours, my wife yelled & he quickly reversed, not sure why the connecting doors were left unlocked, our room was also not cleaned, & bed not made, we will not be going back!!!
