From our arriving to our departure, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were absolutely great. The breakfast offerings are amazing with a lot of different things from pastries and cakes to hot items.

Amazing and courtious staff. Very helpful in guiding the guests for them to have the best experience possible. Simone at the front desk is fantastic towards the clients. He went out of his way to call and advise us that we had left some of our belongings behind. He went as far as mailing the items to our next destination by courier. Never seen such service. Hats off to the Luganodante management and staff. We will be back. Thank you.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff with lovely rooms and a delicious breakfast with many options. It’s very convenient from the train station with the funicular taking you to the door of the hotel!

The hotel is modern inside, nice, and clean. Even though it’s in the prime area of the old town, it’s quiet and walkable to shops and restaurants, plus boats and central Lugano train station. I highly recommend this hotel as it’s not only convenient, modern, quiet, and clean, therm staff are helpful and wonderful, breakfast was included and the hotel was very generous with their breakfast choices and the staff at their restaurant were very friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again without any hesitation when I’m back to Lugano. Also note that the funicular to the Lugano central train station is literally infront of the hotel. If you’re browsing for this hotel, just book it and you won’t regret it.

The hotel is very well located, near the funiculare that transports you directly to the train station. In addition, you can walk to several high end restaurants, shops and to the lake shore. The staff was also fantastic. They were super helpful and kind.

We stayed only for a night but this was one of the best hotels. As compared to other hotels in Lugano, room was pretty big with nice size bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also one of the best ones. We’ll love to stay again

AMAZING Hotel- don’t overlook!
Amazing hotel. The staff was incredible. Every member was eager to please and they all went out if their way to help us with anything we needed. The front desk, the bar, the restaurant, breakfast- there are no nicer people in the world. Rooms were small but so clean. Bed was all white bedding and super comfy. Parking was a breeze and the garage was a fun sight to see for our kids. Close proximity to everything- the lake, shops, restaurants. The only issue I had is I wish we had stayed longer here!!!
