Typical of a NYC hotel, in that the room is very small and tight. Nothing really to speak of as far as amenities are concerned. Location was convenient for getting around thanks to proximity to Penn Station.

It’s OK
Hotel is noisy. The receptionists need more social and customer service training. The whole mean, rude, angry New Yorker schtick is very tired at this point! Decent location. Seems like it is recently renovated. All in all, a very average hotel. Won’t stay there again though. I travel to New York often and this hotel can best be described as meh for NYC standards.

Great location, close to attractions and subway stations, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Only three blocks away from Target, which makes daily life very convenient. There was ongoing renovation on one small section of the ground floor, but it didn't affect the overall great experience.
