Staying in this hotel felt like we were royalty. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived three hours early but staff emailed us when it was ready, and they had already delivered our baggage to the room. Coffee was available in the room and the pillows and mattress were memory foam, so comfortable. The location is directly across the street feom the train station and in the middle of Old Town, where shopping and restaurants are located. This place is perfect!

This hotel has a major noise problem. Pulsating sound from a club in the building complex audible on the fourth floor until long after midnight. It's not their fault but that's not the customer's concern. Other issues: the wifi went down six times and failed to reconnect. Plus, check in time 4 pm and check out time 11 am? Come on, this isn't 2020.

This hotel is not only gorgeous and classic but the staff was incredible. They were so helpful with maps and walking directions. The big bonus was it was across from the train and buses so I didn't have to use a taxi. I like to walk and this was perfect. Room had an awesome view of the city.

Great hotel, very nice suite on the top floor, with windows on the backside of the hotel, very quiet. Extremely convenient when you have a lot of luggage, and come by train - just cross the street from the station. Room had a small issue, a sharp corner on the bench which ripped a hole in my pants. Management immediately fixed it, and offered payment for the pants. Very impressive response.

Room was very tiny and not clean at all. Spiders on curtains. We were there on Saturday night and at night time security guard was asking us every time are you going to hotel? Whats room number . Apparently there was rooftop bar and crowd was wild. Only saviour was it next to luzern station

It's a great hotel except for one flaw
The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was great and the beds were clean and comfortable and the hotel is literally next to the trainstation. But the biggest and only flaw is that the carpet on the floor and the furniture on the room were very wornout and old. It felt like playing the floor is lava when you got from your bed to the bathroom. And it made the rest of the hotel feel dirty and cheap
