Great views of Market street and the Nulu Marketplace South courtyard.

The suite has a laundry area with a new full size washer / dryer. All amenities and furniture are brand new and selected for a comfortable stay. Coffee Maker and Coffee included. 70" 4K Smart TV with YouTube TV for local and cable channels as well as your favorite streaming accounts. Guests will have access to the entire apartment with a keyless door lock. Cleaning supplies are available for your convenience. Ample off-street secure parking available in Nulu Marketplace parking lot off Main Street.

The apartment is in the heart of NULU - Louisville's hottest part of town near downtown Louisville. Guests can expect to hear the hustle and bustle of the Nulu neighborhood, as well as the outdoor events in the courtyard of Nulu Marketplace. Great stay
All around solid stay. The property was spacious and fit our group of 8 nicely. Only having one bathroom was less than ideal but we made it work. The best aspect was the location and being in walking distance of so much great dining and retail.

Fun place to stay with shops and places to eat just steps away from our rental. The Lily is larger than the photos made it appear, beds are very comfortable, super clean with everything we needed during our time in Louisville.
