It was at a very convenient location. Near the train station and a short walk to Time Square. Rooms were very nice and clean; however, they can us upgrading of some bathroom fixtures.Toilet tissue holders were falling off the wall. Will definitely keep this property in mind when i'm in the area again.

Staff in the entire hotel was excellent and really brought the customer service aspect to the table in an excellent way. The hotel is decent but it could use some touching up. The area around it, was not as nice. It is fine, but it just was a little bit off putting in some areas.

There was a bug or insects in the Kitchen top where we stayed for 1st night on Aug16. When i informed the front desk, they switched the room.but the room wasnt clean enough. They took care of the issue rigjt away but still neededroom maintenance like toliet seat loose, bath tub issue, no hairdryer. Had tp ask front desk to fix. I like the staff service and convenient location

This hotel is a decent walking distance nestled between Times Square and Grand Central, making it easy to get around on foot or by subway. Sofabed is terrible, but actual beds are comfortable. No fan in bathroom. Breakfast gets so busy that the elevators are full and you’re stuck on your floor - go down early.
