NOT WORTH RHE MONEY WE SPENT.
The carpet was dirty and the room had Ants … The window drapes were dusty and had everyone sneezing every nite….. The covers on the beds were Muskie and worn… Ahole in the wall that seems too leaking off and on …Rhe room phone could not make outbound calls nor call too the fro t desk .. The room they gave us , was for a Handicapped person … We reserved a Double bed regular room when booked … The AC vents were Gross and dusty , like no one cleaned them out in years! And the air coming out the vents kept us sneezing as well …. This was not worth the cost .. Did not enjoy my stay in New York for the first time …. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone….

room was very dated and in desperate need of refurbishment...a few examples= in bathroom alone=mirror frame peeling from mirror, cracked damaged doors cabinets, vent needs vacuuming,big dint in plaster wall, amateur repair of bathtub caulking, no external exhaust fan, OLD shower head stain on mini kitchen wall and floors and on curtain. Room stuck in past of decades ago and way below the Marriott standard of it's other hotels

The property was slightly dated, but maintaines. Housekeeping came everyday to vaccuum, and tidy the room up. Guest services was very helpful with food options, and information about taking the subway. The room was a great size for 3 to 4 people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hospitality. I can't think of the woman who took care of getting us a taxi, and and our luggage. We checked out on 9/22 around 6:30 am. I would like to say Thank you. Great customer service. Oh yeah, great deli with all of your needs next door 24 hours.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and had a full size refrigerator, microwave, and even a dishwasher. We only stayed 1 night so we didn't need anything but the fridge for water. Convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.
