Property was smoke-filled and disgusting. Couldn't stay there due to how smoke filled the house was.
Experienced Vrbo user and have never had an experience like this one. We booked this home for the Kentucky Derby as we were excited to stay in Louisville and this looked like a great spot! When we arrived at 5pm on check-in day, we were immediately greeted with a smoke-filled house. There was no mention in the listing of smoking and this was a health concern for our guests. Beds were not made, the kitchen hadn't been cleaned yet, and we were informed by the host that the cleaning crew was running behind. We immediately notified the host that the house smelled of smoke and we had guests coming with us that would not be able to stay there if we couldn't address the issue. Their cleaning crew showed up and made the beds and cleaned the kitchen. Meanwhile, we left the house to meet up with some other people in town for dinner. When our other guests showed up to the house an hour later, they were surprised to find stained pillows and stained sheets on the beds. The smoke smell was a serious health issue for one of our guests specifically. We once again notified the host that this was an issue and also mentioned the unsatisfactory condition of the sheets and the bugs in the house and on the bed. The host asked us to send photos, which we did. They never responded to us again after this. We reached out to vrbo as well for their assistance and they told us that we had to work through the host, who was completely non-responsive at this point. We ended up staying at a hotel.

Great property. Was very clean with comfortable beds. Restaurants, bars and a coffee shop next door and across the street. Very convenient to all parts of Louisville.

Nice home
Property was great. We spent a lot of time at the hospital and this was a great place to come back and rest and shower. Loved the decor and beds were very comfortable. Street parking was sometimes a challenge and it would have been nice to have a direct phone number to text the business manager for quick response. Going through the VRBO email was not always effective. Often didn't load well, even outside of the property. I would recommend this property as a nice place to stay-it was in a nice area of Germantown where there are lots of restaurants and shops one street over.

Very comfortable!
This is a well-equipped place to stay with easy access to many attractions. The bar and store across the street is a great spot for drinks, morning coffee and other things you might want. Parking is a bit of an issue but overall, we enjoyed it!
