Sandos Finisterra is amazing. The staff were awesome Carlos poolside was very attentive. Yuki, Carmen and Fernando were amazing. We travelled with our daughter that is celiac and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she had food. We really liked the fact that it was restaurants and not a buffet except for breakfast. The cupcake cafe was great we had our morning coffee there. The white party they throw on Wednesday is phenomenal. I really can’t say any thing bad about this resort. The only thing is I wish we could have had lunch at tourtuga bay restaurant but it is reserved for elite members which there weren’t many eating in there in a daily basis. We will definitely going back.

Beautiful property with great amenities and a wonderful location. But what made our experience top notch was the staff!! Everyone was so friendly, kind and accommodating. Francisco inside Don Diegos restaurant was the ABSOLUTE BEST OF THE BEST!!

There was a problem with our room after our first night. They were quick to rectify the situation and put us in an upgraded room for the remainder of our stay.

The property is beautiful and is located close to the marina and shopping areas! There wasn't much to do so most of our time was spent outside of the resort. The food wasn't great, and the drinks were worse. The entertainment team was cool

This hotel is amazing. It is extremely well managed and the staff is friendly, helpful and well trained. The food is good, and varied. It is an old hotel, so the rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and pleasant. The beach is private and beautiful with wales and dolphins swimming by and newly hatched turtles making their long journey to the sea. The sea is a bit rough there, but the hotel has lots of entertainment activities. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Really great hotel, it was close to the downtown, and the Mexican food was great. Only dislike was no cups or water bottles in the room. There was cups in the bathrooms but it seems like they don’t switch those out.

Facility was gorgeous. Staff was so kind and genuinely happy and welcoming. Transportation was reliable and on time. Perfect location for shopping and walking to the marina. I loved how laid back it was and I didn’t feel pressured to have to get all dressed up. The spa services were absolutely awesome. It was the relaxing week we hoped for.

The staff is very attentive I had a massage it was wonderful Malú was very polite and attentive. Karina at the Spa was also nice! The times we were at the pool José meme Sure our drinks were always full! Lunch pool side Pizza & Sushi was delicious Misael and Selena were great! I love that they have a Coffee place at Cupcake Abel & Marlén always welcome us with a smile and remember our order!! We had dinner at Tortuga Alberto was incredible!! This is the 4th time we come here and we happy to see him everytime he greets us with a smile! Breakfast at Don Diego Enrique make sure our mimosas kept coming! We always have a great time at Sando’s Thank you
