The property is well managed and conveniently located. Every staff interaction was top notch. Frank, at check in, set the tone for a remarkable stay. Very thorough and professional. Check in was fast and it is a convenient location if you need to be at the Pasadena Convention Center as it is next door, literally a sliding door away. The Hotel needs to focus more in cleanliness. Carpet needs cleaning, perhaps deep shampoo cleaning. Upon check in, pillow cases have make up stains on and q-tips left over in the shower. We also discovered a cockroach. I book this hotel for convenience, but there is definitely needs more improvement.

I used to work at that facility for a different hotel chain years ago. Hotel Dena has definitely improved the decor, staff, and overall atmosphere of that hotel. I would definitely recommend it!
