Room stunk. Yes it’s a smoking room, however it was awful smelling. Could atleast spray the room with Lysol ect. Dispenser in shower, didn’t work, when I called the office I was told ,”I needed to go down to the office and get shampoo ect. Lamps all had a layer of dust on them. My key card didn’t work. Was not allowed to use my husbands credit card to pay for my room. Howe er they sure as hell took his card and made the reservation. Not the atmosphere I was expecting.

Bed linens were nice and white. Decor and furniture felt so garage sale used and worn out. Smelled cigarette smoke coming through the wall or ceiling much of night and construction started up in the room next door before 6:30 AM. Would have felt super uncomfortable staying there as a female alone. Desk staff nice and great location.

My husband needed a last-minute hotel because his father was very sick, so we chose this one. He was scheduled to stay for two days, but he saw roaches and decided to check out the next day. He informed the hotel, and they told us to take it up with Expedia. We contacted Expedia, and they said the hotel was unwilling to refund the second night, even though he didn't stay there because of the conditions. Choose somewhere else to stay.
