Fun stay in Studio City
The location of this beautiful Penthouse property was ideal for our stay in Studio City. Directions were very helpful and I appreciated the immediate contact from James and facetime greeting. Flowers and wine were an extra nice touch as a welcome . This home had every ammentity possible. I was visiting our adult son in his new apartment just walking distance away and my husband joined me halfway through. I felt so safe staying in the secure Propery alone. The underground parking spot, the locked gate and the very safe and friendly neighborhood were helpful. I loved coffee on the balcony in the morning, or a two minute walk to Alfred's coffee shop. I enjoyed McConnels ice cream next door and the convenience of a Ralphs and Trader Joes all in walking distance. I even got to shop at the Sunday Farmers market. Thank you, James and Jamee! I recommend this elegant property and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous Trendy "Musician's Heaven" Condo
This condo is in an ideal location in Studio City. It is in a very nice and safe area close to restaurants, shops, and recording studios. My daughter and I loved that the condo is gated for both walking into the condo building and getting into the garage. The garage was well lit and our parking space provided with the condo was large and close to the elevator and stairs. The entrance(door) to the condo is inside the gated area. We felt very safe there. Also, there is a beautiful piano and guitars in the condo giving a very artist type vibe which is perfect for Studio City. The neighbors were nice and it was quiet, very respectful residents. The owners are very kind and easy to get a hold of for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying here for your Studio City trip. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you James and Jamee!

Comfort, space, style!
We stayed at this lovely penthouse condo for a week before taking my son to college. I cannot say enough good things about it - the building was lovely on the interior and very quiet. The parking was convenient. There was plenty of space with high ceilings and perfectly clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was stellar. The hosts were very accessible and pleasant. The appointments were very nice. We loved the balconies. It was located on a very nice block steps from the heart of Studio City where there are numerous good restaurants and stores. I would be very comfortable there for a long stay again.

James is very responsive and helpful. His penthouse apartment is clean and spacious. The location is convenient. Grocery stores and lots of restaurants/shops are just within walking distance.
