This is a lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. It was clean, and my sister and I agreed that our room was the ideal temperature for our entire stay without either of us touching the thermostat. They had free cookies and coffee available when we arrived, which was a really nice welcome. The included breakfast was pretty good. We drove to a nearby restaurant for dinner called The Coop. I highly recommend it! The only issue was that we could hear our neighbours through the wall. They were just having regular conversation, and it was almost like they were in the same room. Everything else was great though!

The bathroom pipes made a banging sound all night, especially when someone elsewhere flushed. The bedroom was cold and the furnace was so loud.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast (food) was great with many options. Negatives - coffee and tea maker in room nonfunctional. There were fruit flies in the breakfast area.

Rooms and common areas very clean. Staff very friendly. Was expecting a continental breakfast, but they had a variety of eggs, sausage and home fries. Plenty to eat and constantly topped up by staff. Would definitely stay here again! Excellent value for the money!

Got stuck in a basement floor room that was stupid cold and had a fan blowing all night full out to keep the room at 70. Sadly disappointed after having been there previously.
