Simply great.
I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Lisbon and had an exceptional experience. The room was spotlessly clean and offered an awesome view of the city, which made my stay even more memorable. The unique feature of having a bathtub at the foot of the bed added a luxurious touch. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the hotel’s location was perfect, being very close to a tram stop and a metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon!

The room was very small. It wasn’t a comfortable, it was a very open room with bathroom and shower separated and sink in the middle. The beds are facing the sink and toilet and shower. It wasn’t actually a separate bathroom very open. I did not like it at all.

A Lovely Solo Stay
I had a lovely stay at the WC. It's right by the metro station so it's really easy to get around Lisbon centre or even further afield to one of the beach towns like Cascais. Despite the quirky theme the room still felt chic! I was on the 6th floor in a gorgeous sunny room that gets a lot of light and has a great view of the city. The front desk staff are wonderful - warm, accommodating and ever so helpful, so much so that I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Nice hotel, needs better reception staff training
A lot of money has spent on this property and mostly it's been very well spent. The hotel is very conveniently located next to Intendente metro station. It's not the prettiest part of Lisbon, but it feels mostly safe. The biggest issue I had with my stay was how terrible the welcome was. The reception staff Goncalo and another lady were utterly disinterested. No "hello", no "welcome", a few grunts to say "I need your passport" not even a please! Utterly unbelievable to me that you would spend that much on a hotel and have such horrid reception staff. Sadly the bad attitude coloured everything else. The room was beautiful. Well appointed, plenty of drinking water, coffee machine etc. There were some maintenance issues, the coffee machine was leaking, the shower drain was slow causing overflow into the room, a chair was cracked. Small stuff that is easily sorted. The hotel sits right on top of the Metro and you can hear the distant rumble of the trains. It's not a deal breaker, but earplugs might help light sleepers. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again, subject to the re-training/replacement of the staff.

The shower leaked. When I brought the issue up with the reception team, they at first told me that it was our fault in that we had our foot on the drain hole. Finally, after taking pictures, videos, and speaking to the reception team again about the issue the next day, the maintenance team came by to caulk the bottom of the shower walls. Glad that someone can buy to fix it, but disappointed that I wasn't believed the first time the issue was reported. Moreover, disappointed that we as guests had to spend time drying the floor.

Staff friendly and helpful. Reception, bar, housekeeping, breakfast service - all good. Very good breakfast service with choice for all.Clean throughout hotel especially our room. Rainfall shower with wand - ideal. Only reason not 5 stars: very noisy main road (should have taken ear plugs) and the blue light emitted by the modern system in the room (should have taken a sleep mask)

Ok hotel with good transport links
Room and bed were smaller than depicted in the photos. Queen = very small UK double. I called to ask about the booking and was advised we had a small room. The woman at reception was very rude, full of attitude and unwilling to resolve. She said she'd speak to manager about changing our rooms the next day, i heard nothing. The room was noisy and as a light sleeper, i struggled to sleep. Aircon was set at 23, which was too hot for us as a couple in a tiny room (may be okay for others). We tried to have the window open on the first night to let some air in but it was too noisy. On the second night i called reception and they were able to make the aircon cooler and put it down to my desired temperature. The gentleman at reception was very apologetic and helpful in resolving. Cleaning staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming. Bar staff were equally nice. Mixed reviews for reception staff. Mixed review for location. It is in a run-down suburb with lots of rough sleepers. Many cities are like this and have areas like it but I'm not sure i would have felt safe travelling as a lone female. However, the hotel was located within 30secs walking distance of a metro station linking us sll around the city - we used it a lot and travelled around. Big bonus was that this hotel was located within 3 mins walk of a lovely vegan restaurant - O Gambuzino. Very quirky and cool hotel. Shower had good water pressure. Breakfast basic but ok. Overpriced for offer.

Fabulous hotel, great location for transport links to all you'd want to see in Lisbon. Very friendly staff, added breakfast to my stay for just €10 worth that for the carrot cake alone! Room good, everything works well and temperature just right for me. Up on the 6th floor no street noise. Highly recommended.

Our room was spacious. Bed was comfortable room was very clean and staff friendly. The location of the hotel seemed to be in a bad area. There was homeless tents set up a block away. We heard sirens all night long. We didn’t feel comfortable after dark Going to look for a place to eat.
